Hi, I’m Dawn Green. I’m a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor and a Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor.
I’ve been a counsellor for 11 years while in the last 3 years specializing in helping people resolve eating, food and body issues, permanently.
I am passionate about helping in the way I do because for many years, from childhood on, I was obsessed with food and eating and could not find my way out until I started to use many of the practices I teach. Over time, eating became another way for me to nurture and support myself and my whole relationship with myself lightened and lifted. This work lead me to a place where I enjoy food, and feel good in my body. I delight in the health and strength of my body, and am comfortable with my weight.
Freeing myself from the struggle with food left me with lots of energy to welcome new challenges and my life took off in directions I had not even dreamed of.
As someone who was obsessed with food, dieting and the body for many years, I know what an enormous challenge it can be to come to peace with this and to move into the much bigger life that is waiting for you!
